What is the "4th Psyop Group?" Exactly?

Since it's "4th" and not "fourth," I assume it's something military.

i wasn't army but unit numbers can end up being arbitrary. there are 4 groups and 2 of them are part of special forces, the 4th and 8th. which I always thought corresponded with 4 and 8 chan.
