If you were married to a transgender woman, after 10+ years of marriage and calling her Michelle every day, would you accidentally call her by her former name?

It implies behind closed doors Barack calls his partner Michael. Which means shes not transgender. It means the Obamas are a gay couple, one of which dresses up as a woman.
