High voltage, low amperage. Just like an electric stock fence. They run high volts and low amps. The idea is to shock not damage or kill.

Just go to your local farm supply store and buy the box for an electric fence. It's about the size and cost of a battery charger.

Exactly! When I was a kid I found a Ford spark coil. Used it for many high voltage low amperage hi jinks.
