He talks pretty high on the quality of training and equipment. What got my attention was that they showed them uncensored videos from Russian-Ukraine battle, To prepare the for war, that was being said. One officer also commented that Ruskies are using only 1-2 % of their military power in this war. Food for thoughts...

The Germans also found out the hard way when the Russians reached Berlin in 1945.
When you are rushed into a winter war to beat them before they can attack first things tend to go wrong.
Even if the Germans did everything perfect in 1941, conquering yet occupying Russia would be an absolute logistical nightmare.
It's not like France where you can manage the population without much problems, however with Russia it's a different story.
The amount of territory you have to cover isn't feasible, especially if there's current problems with resistance in other nations like Yugoslavia and etc.
That's only a small part of that story.
You are forgetting about the failed offensive into Russia earlier in the war. They needed all their might to stop the German army.
That's true, but the bottom line was is that they weren't going get what was expected. Taking Moscow wouldn't ensured their surrender, Napoleon did this and still never got a victory.
But the Germans got a bad wound with the attempt on Moscow.
They were screwed either ways, Hitler never wanted to take Moscow since he knew that taking their capital wouldn't ensure absolute victory.
Basically a war of attrition with the USSR wasn't ideal, they were far larger and could bring more to table than anyone else.
The Allied lend lease helped them to an extent, but it didn't mainly win them the war against the Third Reich.
Everything the Russians could produce on the ground themselves in terms of equipment was literally comical, when the Germans early on kept destroying numerous Red Army formations in encirclements.
They just built them up quickly again to be deployed, basically it was to the point it where it's like suffering a slow death by a thousand cuts for the Germans since long term they would be worn them down little by little.
