Now this is interesting and makes more sense as Diddy is talking about being "in the storm". The video is originally on Instagram. I checked. Using online tools I downloaded the video using several sites and kept getting 27 seconds.
However, when Liz Crokin posted it to X she has the video at 26 seconds.

Ok...I have noticed this as well.
The same video post on Truth Social and Instagram will sometimes have a one second (.01) discrepancy. It confuses my decode attempts.
