There is a gap, whereby it becomes unclear whether the alleged act was consensual, or not. One minute she is exiting the bathroom and he is sitting semi-clothed, on the bed; and nek-minute they are havin' at it. There are some steps in-between, and it certainly does not look like rape to a casual observer.

I don't think Stormy Daniels is saying it was nonconsensual. More like it wasn't her idea, but she went along with it.

She said something about a power imbalance, but I don't she has ever alleged force.

A power imbalance implies compulsion on some level, so she is absolutely trying to move that direction.
