So, the SMALLER CONGRESS, threw a fit, like the Children that they were and still are, many just went home without permission, and Smaller Congress was left WITHOUT enough members to make a Valid Legal Quorum, when they Officially shut down Congress, aka the Whole of the (J)U.S. Govt., Sine Die, meaning Without Day, meaning without an Official Day to Return, effectively Destroying the ""UNION"" that Lincoln ""Oh so desperately"", claimed he wanted to save....

So he STOLE or ROBBED or whatever, the Powers of Congress, made the Lieber Code, sent the (J)U.S. Army into the Southern States to Capture and Return their Previous Congressmen to D.C.....

This pushed the southern states to Create the Confederacy, and that's when Sumpter got hit....
