U.S. House Republicans passed a bill Wednesday to add a citizenship question to the census and exclude noncitizens from the official headcount.

I think this is a warm up act. It won’t happen now, but it will happen after Trump is in office again. I think another Census will be generated post deportation. Prior to that: possibly a reallocation off of the 2020 Census without the non citizens that applies to the 2026 election.
