Ivermectin and other cancer alternatives

I found out yesterday on Mother's Day that my dad has prostate cancer. I know there are treatments and surgeries that can be done but I would prefer an Ivermectin regimen or some other type of regimen natural preferably or non-pharmaceutical based poison. Any help is appreciated at all links anything. Thank you for taking the time to help

This x 1000! It's proven and the medical establish knows it's a cure. But just like cures for other diseases they aren't allowed to tell you openly.
