Ah gotcha. I can see that. I think we're a ways away from needing the national guard.....on the border; fuck yeah! Well, actually.....maybe in some American cities, from what I've heard.....LOL.....so maybe we do! I think that should definitely be a last resort; see what state & local police / sheriff can do first. But they need their handcuffs taken off to fight all this shit.....
