People around (on that video) do NOT seem to be concerned about the situation (shooting): cop walking slowly, another cop on the other side on the road as well, people standing around, etc.

It feels like the security is playing in the movie while everyone else don’t realise they’re being recorded on this movie scene and they have to act accordingly too.

Can this be another part of you’re watching a movie?
