Yep, I think Pasternak is a Mossad enforcer of some kind. Didn't realize that Kim had been so involved in getting Kanye committed. Scary.

My pet theory about Page is that he was a boy from the start, who they made into a girl, but that at some point they could no longer maintain the illusion, so now he's a "trans" F2M.
