I’ll give you the bottom line. A TREATY needs the signature of the US President plus a 2/3 vote of approval in the Senate.
An AGREEMENT only needs the President’s signature, and America is committed to go along with the document.
What we’ve been told is the WHO Pandemic Treaty is actually labeled an Agreement.
This is dire.
When Biden signs it, American sovereignty is suddenly placed under the WHO.
The WHO can declare a global health emergency whenever they want to, for any reason, and all the rules and restrictions they lay down can be invoked. Here in America.
All’s I know is that Martin Geddes has been making headway in the UK, and they’re worse off than we are. (His cases are all over his substack)
They do have rules in their system that for some reason or another they do appear to be bound to follow. It just has to be done correctly, so they don’t file valid charges against the action itself, and one has to be ready for counterattacks when one does it.
Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Does “fiery darts” refer to tortious barbs, among other things? Is lawfare new? Were the men accusing the woman to be stoned to death accusing her to avoid being stoned themselves over their mutual guilt? The dead tell no tales.
If you want a book, I’ve found one, but it’s quite large.
A Manual of Common Law for Practitioners and Students (etc) by Josiah William Smith
It’s quite large.
Common law isn’t legalese. Anyone can learn it with some effort.
Legalese legalese is a bit more like software development. Common law is more founded on calling things by their proper names and learning some principles and court mechanics.
Having examples doesn’t hurt.
