Missouri man charged with spying for Russia in Chicago convention plot

Jesse Nevel, 34, from St Louis, Missouri, was charged in a federal probe last year over allegations he conspired with FSB agent Aleksandr Ionvo to 'sow discord' and spread pro-Kremlin propaganda.

So. They blame Russia. When their own rhetoric and actions have more or less given every political fringe group and more then a few mainstream ones, and god knows how many front organizations. Grounds to cause trouble, riot, and spread mischief and chicanery.
