I tried my damndest to get my SIL to research this before doing surgery. She nodded her head in agreement all the way to surgery. Thank God she did ok but man 🤦‍♂️

You can lead a horse to water............ I hear ya. Plenty of folks I talk too yet they just nod their heads and go on with their lives. I've learned to just hold my peace and let them decide for themselves if they want to eat healthy or be cut on.
