And if possible, remove seed oils also.
It's not too hard, just have to eat unprocessed healthy green veggies, meats and other nature provided foods. Hopefully uncontaminated with fluoride water, antibiotics and pesticides.
You are 100% correct. buuuuutttt, it sure is hard to push away from sugar when you've been eating it your entire life. God is that stuff addictive.
Crazy hard isn't it?? I'm no smoker/dipper, but some say it's harder to quit than nicotine.
As an ex-smoker and ex-sugar addict, I'd say quitting smoking is harder. But I did quit smoking cold turkey, but eliminated sugar gradually. First by replacing it with sweetener and then reducing the sweetener over time. None in coffee, only drink soda water, bubble water, seltzer water, whatever it is called in your neck of the woods. And I do mostly carnivore diet, so little to no carbs and specifically sugar.
