A great article by Dr. Jockers explaining several important facts about magnesium and depression...this is a very user friendly site...I hope this helps someone as so many suffer episodes of depression at some point in their lives...it is important to understand the different forms of magnesium, as they have different healing properties..I personally use magnesium glycinate for nocturnal leg cramps...it works well...a blend is really the best way to go...
I also use magnesium oil spray for nocturnal muscle cramps and I love it...it works very quickly so I only use when necessary...there is a leg cramp homeopathy by Hyland's that I also utilize and keep on hand because it works so quickly...
I suffer from heart arrythmia as well. Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT). For me, potassium, magnesium and maintaining my hydration have been very beneficial. I still get the odd attack but, it is very manageable when it happens.
You are probably aware that you need over 4,000mg. of potassium per day...most think it is 99mg...electrolytes are so important, also...when I drink water I always add electrolytes...dehydration is also a factor in blood pressure...one of the first things to do for elevated blood pressure is to hydrate...pretty easy addition...
Yes, I have an electrolyte supplement, as well. In my case, I have found that I don't need to consume the electrolytes every day, unless I am sweating lots. Then, I'm sure to take it. I've had this all my life. Over time I have developed a system. Doctors weren't much help so, I figured it out on my own.
BELIEVE ME...you are probably better off to do all this on your own...I have been making my own medical decisions and doing my own thing for myself and my family since 1970...so I concur completely with the fact of learning whatever healing modality you need to learn to help yourself...I have AT LEAST 20 I can choose from...I have NEVER found anything I could not cure or at least improve thanks to God's help and guidance...after all He wants us well...plus your body tells you what works and what doesn't and what it needs...
I was in the hospital at my birth and I spent one night in 1978 due to a miscarriage...otherwise I have never been in the hospital and I sure don't intend to start...I love figuring out a disease process and then choosing a treatment for it...so much fun...
I used to have that. Turns out it was caused by drinking and too much masturbation.
did it also cause tennis elbow? Just asking for a friend. kek
