yeah I definitely think this is part of the plan. we've had So many tornadoes, and the rain comes down hard. lots of flooding. we also live by dams, so that's been a bit concerning. noticed President Kennedy spent a lot of time focused on the dams...dams flooding would definitely be a 'state of emergency'
