Reuters article on Putin wanting a ceasefire, I have my doubts.
Reuters: "Three of the sources, familiar with discussions in Putin's entourage."
👉Taylor Swift has an entourage, Putin has an administration.
Reuters "spoke to a total of five people who work with or have worked with Putin at a senior level in the political and business worlds.
👉People who have worked (past tense) with Putin in "political and business worlds." How would a source who "worked" with Putin in the business world (whatever that even means) have any idea about Russian war plans.
Reuters: "The fifth source did not comment on freezing the war at the current frontlines" and "Putin can fight for as long as it takes, but Putin is also ready for a ceasefire – to freeze the war."
👉The real purpose of this article is to float freeze and see Russia's reaction.
Reuters: "One of the sources predicted no agreement could happen while Zelenskiy was in power."
👉More to the point, how receptive Russia may be to a freeze if Zelensky was not in the equation.
This is not about Putin wanting a ceasefire. This article is a trial balloon towards the Kremlin, 'if Zelensky goes, would you be open to a freeze?'
Putin also likely has seized evidence of bioweapon development in Ukraine during the war, and can potentially expose their involvement in creating Covid-19 and other diseases to target the Russians and other dissenting voices against the Great Reset.
In other words, he has an Ace up his sleeve in the negotiation
Russian claims about this early on in the war fell on deaf ears. I think too many Anons think evidence and the truth are sufficient, but as we've seen with all the election fraud cases they aren't if you can't ever get them presented fairly.
I dont believe that Putin will end this without Odessa. He needs to cut Ukraine off from the Black Sea to fully ensure his security on that flank. I believe Putin is with Trump in this bigger war against the satanists but he is not going to be leaving the security of Russia to chance.
Edit to add: There are also concerns over Polish and Lithuanian designs on reimagining the Grand Duchy. Much of western Ukraine was Polish before WW2. And the entire area to the Black sea was part of the Grand Duchy. There have been subtle signs that Poland and Lithuania have larger goals here independent of NATO and the EU.
There are also issues with the SW flank of Ukraine too and Moldova/ Transnistria and Hungary. There is a large area of Hungarian speakers in west Ukraine. Moldova has historically bounced back and forth between Russian, Ottoman, Romanian (Vlad the Impaler and his line, for the most part in his multiple reigns a vassal of Hungary, plays in here) and Hungarian control.
When we discuss issues in this part of the world, its important to remember that the Balkans and slavic states have been a battlefield for most of the last 1200 years. They are the buffer between Europe and the Ottoman Turks, between Christianity and Islam.
Don't forget, Putin said that he no longer considers Zelensky the President of Ukraine because his presidency expired and they didn't hold new elections. Putin has no one to negotiate with.
