The FBI has always been corrupt. They were simply more covert about it in the past. All of the unconstitutional alphabet organization are corrupt the FBI, EPA, ATF...ad infinitum. The very fact that the central government isn't Constitutionally empowered to create these groups makes them illegal. That in itself tells you the central government created them to use in a corrupt manner that's repugnant to the Republic.
