He messed up the delivery. I had to listen to it a couple of times before I figured out why. He said, "...not only by our example, (small pause) of our power, but by the power of our example." Of course people are confused! What he should have said was "not only by the example of our power, but by the power of our example."

I'd tell him not to quit his day job, but he sucks at that, too.
