Um . . . I bet to differ. Air fryers and convection ovens use high heat and strong air currents to simulate frying (in the first case) and (in the second case) to cook more quickly than standard ovens.
Low heat and slow cooking is much healthier; Sous-vide and crockpot methods produce tender meat and other dishes without the toxic chemicals created by high-heat cooking.
