I see a post of a picture. Do you have a picture inside showing the picture on the wall. As far as I know this could be your computer wallpaper and you posted a screen shot.

I know, I know, I could have just asked for a link other than some dudes Twitter post.

So i looked pretty hard for any evidence it was in Parliament in Brussels and couldn't find a single photo or anything saying it was there. There are a TON of people saying it is there since last year. The origin seems to be some random twitter person posting this same photo.
