Kahzaran homeland
Is that from a Mercator projection map? I ask because it is not to scale. Russia is "only" about five times as wide as Ukraine.
Russia 6.6 million sq miles
Ukraine 233,000 sq miles
Russia 28 X the size of Uke
So either you are stupid or a liar ?
If Russia was 5 times as wide and 5 times as tall it would have 25 times the area.
So the answer is neither!
Illogic will get you nowhere (useful).
The good news is that you are checking my facts. The bad news is that you are not checking your own facts.
This is what 28 Ukraines look like when superimposed on the graph in this post. As you can see, there is a lot of red showing which implies that the area representing Russia is much more that the 28 Ukraines you have claimed.
I suspect that the reason Russia looks so big is because the chart has been taken from a Mercator projection map which is well-known for making northern countries like Russia, Canada and Greenland appear much bigger than they are. This animation from wikipedia shows the issue.
Maps are representations of approximate shape. While Square miles is also an estimation , it is far more accurate. Like using a yard stick compared to a tape measure to measure a building lot. You may notice they don't use "Chains" as a unit of measure for surveying any longer either.
Try looking up sq. miles of each. (11 time zones)
And your point is?
My point still stands, the areas shown in the map here are nowhere near accurate so I think it is misleading and Russia is still about 5 times as wide as Ukraine and not the around 10 times shown and that applies whether you measure in miles, kilometers, chains, poles, ells, cubits, fathoms, parsecs or anything else.
The moon is only as wide as my thumb.
I wonder if there is something wrong with my perspective ?
