Wasn't comparing crimes - but you don't get to stay out of prison merely because you are appealing your conviction. Frankly, I think any jail time for Trump's type of "crime" is ridiculous. Plus, a first time offender. Probation should be the sentence. But we aren't dealing with common sense people. And I'm not a dude 😁
