This 2016 archive discussed how some agents died & had not written down case info, nothing tied to Clinton though. Other cases clearly had some copies saved in other locations. How on earth important data wasnt backed up in multiple locations in the late 90s is beyond me. Everything we learned in schools during those days was to back up every important file off the computer (onto disk) so that IF your file was removed, you at least had most of your work an a second source.

With a ls corrupt as Garland seems to be, it may be interesting to dig into what evidences were lost during that bombing. Though I can't find anything tying Clinton's directly to it with a few different searches today.
