I drsed my shares In e trade and they waved the fee. You have to call them and they will do it.

If the shares are In a Ira, it's pretty difficult their is DD on superstonk on how to do it.

You can also open an account with computershare and buy shares directly with them immediately based on an amount you want to invest.
