1. IF [they] truly had an real power left, we'd already be at the shooting war level, only we're not.
2. There's no OPSEC with military plans like this anymore. A true plan wouldn't be blasted across the interwebs like this. The only time the U.S. Military ever really discloses plans like this is if we go into a battle where the outcome is predetermined, like Operation Desert Storm where Stormin' Norman told Saddam exactly what we were going to do to the Iraqi RNG if they didn't leave Kuwait peacefully. He was the last of the great commanding Generals we had, and even he was/is a globalist suspect.
