we live in a hoa and don't give 2 shits about the rules... we know when when the karens are around and when they are gone... lots of things happen without their approval. most neighbors do what they want, too. it all depends upon who is on the board... get the right people... it's not a big deal... get the karens and i'ts hell on earth!
