More info: I cannot find any information, anywhere, that specifies an actual agreement with a 50 year time limit - so I'm not sure where this 50 year renewal concept has come from.
I would bet several mortgage payments that this is fake. Look down through the tweets for this Tina person when you click on the tweet above. Tina might believe some of the crap she posts, but I doubt it.

It's been posted in a few places, but I've found no official sources, so I'm inclined to agree with you.
