This was a miscarriage of justice. How does carrying a gun on your own property, if not pointing it at anyone unless they do a threatening act first result in gun removal? I always thought this was a wrong judgement. Trespassing on someone’s property in a threatening manner should allow the owner to present a show of force. They did not discharge their guns.
