I had two job offers back in February. One paid more, but I ended up declining it because it required 20% air travel, and I wouldn't be allowed to pick the airline/ flight. I also would have been required for an off site event requiring air travel around the election. So I picked the less paying job.
May have been stupid on my part, but if everything we know to be true on here is true, then we got some crazy times still ahead and I need to be close to my family.
DO you think the WHats are trying to deter truthers from flying at the moment?
I personally wouldn't fly right now. And Boeing issues are just the tip of the iceberg.
I declined a golden opportunity for a commission as it involves flying to the middle east about the time of the election.
No brainer!
Airbus are good, very good.
Are they good now? I remember when they first came out they were death traps.
They are very good these days, I built A320's at Hamburg some time ago and talking to other contractors I still know they are great machines.
Chyna knockoffs 1/3 cheaper and this is their operation.
They really aren't
Now that's a very thought-provoking statement. Thank you.
