Because it's still happening. We know who was involved the Franklin Coverup. They were never held accountable.
Numbers matter in a head to head fight. Not if the bad guys have no idea who is taking them out.

When you're fighting for your life, and the lives of others, you're a fool if you follow Queensbury rules.
