I think the Biden admin created a TV ad that claimed Trump called the military "Suckers and Losers".

That is the ad Trump is talking about while saying he hoped the military revolts against the lie and votes against Biden at the ballot box.

In reality it was Biden who called the military stupid bastards, seen here.
