I remember reading somewhere that Nixon learned about the Franklin scandal where foster kids were trafficked to pedophiles in Washington DC and was planning to expose it. I know the Franklin scandal was exposed in 1988, Nixon was impeached in 1974, so they were possibly trafficking foster kids for 15 years. I would bet they are still doing it today.
