"When in reality. It’s hard to find a person that’s good for you."
This nails it 100%
This is the chief concern.
In simpler times, no computers, no smart phones, people married within thier local village based on proximity. Matchmaking would happen organically. As God Intended.
Now, it still can, but it requires more advanced psychological skills
And a woman with a smart phone is a dangerous thing. You have to constantly own her in bed to keep her loyal and she has to be a perfect personality match who supports your career.
Otherwise any chad, betamale, or rando could text her at any time while her idiot friends encourage her to eat pray love.
Not to mention battling or shutting off bullshit propaganda from the outside world. Gender confusion, vax, etc.
STILL. IF YOU ARE A SUPERIOR WELL DEVELOPED MAN IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE YOU HAVE YOUR PICK OF THE LITTER.
There's an ocean of single women who can't find a man that pleases them who is unvaccinated, pure babies.
dude. stfu lol. he didn't say do it indiscriminately.
if you ask people on the street whether they want kids, two extremely common responses are:
"i wouldnt want to bring a kid into this awful world"
and
"there are too many people already"
please cut the soy out of your diet so you can stop spewing this disney princess shit.
nobody is even disagreeing with you... its just completely beside the point. he's saying there are not too many people, and that the world is worth bringing a kid into, regardless of how bad it seems.
I don’t think it’s because they don’t want to:
I honestly think because society has simplified romance to begin with.
These romantic movies are fake.
When in reality. It’s hard to find a person that’s good for you.
I personally push back when people make romance into some simple formula.
What people want is a true sense of bonding. Bonding with a mate is more than physical attributes.
My brother is divorced. And his son no longer wants to split time between his father and mother.
It’s because his mother has severe mental health issues. Which is now effecting the kids mental well being.
So it’s not as simple of hey.. just find someone and make babies with.
You have to find the right person. Not the perfect person.
But the right one who at least you have a deeper connection with.

They are even willing to pay for it

The complicated parts has to do with personality differences. I am not saying it's impossible.
I am saying that people need to stop making dating culture as some sort of simple fairytale.
It takes work and dedication. If people change their minds to understand that dating isn't as simple of who looks good, etc.
People will start to do more inner research and soul searching.
That's my point here.
The human race needs to do a lot of personal soul searching.
Totally agree 100000%
And your response is WELL SAID friend!
That's my argument here. Dating a lot more complicated now vs the old days.

What are you getting emotional here?
You tell me to STFU??
Really!
Ok.. take care.
i will pray for you, my romantically traumatized friend
Not at all.
I am REALISTIC about romance in general.
It's not as simple as a text message on the internet says it is.
That's my point.
People are looking for DEEPER BONDS with each other.
The movie industry has brainwashed people into thinking that dating and romance is like what we see in the movies.
Which has shaped the expectations of dating in general.
Elon's push to say "Hey.. just make babies" isn't going to work.
Elon should actually buy Match.com or some dating site to understand the disconnect in the dating scene.
A lot of single men I know. Talk about how the culture of dating expectations need to change.
