I think I see a bit of paint flaking off of that housing. Somebody should fire up their cheap, untraceable, 3d printed, home built quadcopter and give it a lick of paint...
Not a lawyer but an air rifle is not a firearm by definition. I can imagine an overzealous prosecutor leveraging one of the many “add ons” that exist (like in the Trump case) to escalate vandalism to terrorism, and chuck the book.

Too loud...too conspicuous. You'll get traded for cigarettes. The quadcopter... just skuttle it if you have to cut and run.
Yeah. Probably right. Though a friend has a suppressor on one of his and it’s damn quiet. Air rifle can get ‘er done also.
