I am not sure given that he was willing to expose Kevin Spacey the way he did. Maybe Seth did have a grudge against him, especially if Kevin was slated to be a guest star on the show. The context is that Family Guy provides gross out humor and having Stewie shout something for cash while running around naked is par for the course for that show.
