We are already 35 trillion in debt, does another 10, 20 or 100 million really matter?

Providing some free money during their short stay may keep the crime wave at minimum.

The loans may be a way to locate them for Trump's upcoming deportation.

If they are applying for guaranteed loans, I imagine they have to provide a address on the application, where will the statements be sent?This means they can be located when the time comes.
