TheTook awhile to dig this up. I checked several other sites and found that the links to the actual papers were clobbered and one archive site had a teaser with the TOC, but then you had to get a membership to read the actual papers. You were right - easy enough to find the opposing side's document... Which sets a red flag off immediately.
