imo it started Jan. 20, 2021, others may have a different, regardless we are certainly in it now.
I think the Insurrection Act went into effect on Jan 6. That was in reaction to the coup by the death cult rats that took place that day. I think we have been under devolution, COG and limited martial law (watch some videos showing how government buildings in Washington are empty) since that day.
