Also..

if you really care about the white race.

Then you want white people DECENTRALIZED around the world.

If you stay in the same area. All it takes is a Plauge or Bomb to take out a group of people. Then your whole race is gone.

If you decentralize the group around the world.

Taking out one group would still make the group is alive in other places.
