Part of the Q op, yeah. But more along the lines of the face of the financial arm and being fed tips / into to take advantage of how it's already controlled. IMO.

Yeah, I believe he does know a lot bout stocks and stuff. Then was recruited by mil intel who prob trained him a lot. I would bet he has 24/7 security detail.
