Serious question: if a drone is approaching me as I walk down the street, and I see it, and I try to evade it but it follows me, and there is no where to hide... can I attack it?
Or, if a drone is approaching me can I be proactive and attack it? And then show this video as part of my dfense if I am arrested?
I am not saying what Iwould attack it with or that I even have a means of attacking it... this is purely hypothetical.
