Walgreens will close a significant number of US stores, shutting down many unprofitable locations
Walgreens is set to close a substantial number of its roughly 8,600 locations across the United States as the company looks to reset the struggling pharmaceutical chain’s business.
You can celebrate if you want but thousands of employees will be let go and without jobs in a shit economy. It's pretty serious when 1/4 of the stores are not profitable. Margins are thin in the biz to start so Iam sure the woke theft policies in Liberal areas has contributed to the issue. I hope anyone in here affected can find a good replacement job quickly.
