Consider the angle/tilt of the left window: Where the sheet of paper should be to show up in reflection? It’d be outside of the car on the opposite side of the windshield. What does it mean? These letters have been added using photoshop.
Also in the reality the text would be mirrored (not easily readable).

Mirroring it - gives a plausible deniability- “Yes, it’s just because it was a selfie mode on the mobile”, but the surreal angle necessary for this paper to be in a reflection proves that someone added it. Added and then took care for it to be readable, … so we spot it.

No the writing is backwards if camera wasn't in selfie mode.

But my key point is this: there is no place INSIDE the car where this text could be mirrored from (considering the window tilt):
it was either outside (which would be in front of the car),
or it was sticked to the window (then: why? and why it was printed on the paper as … mirrored, … to be unmirrored by selfie mode?)

Look at it this way:
there is no point wonder whether the picture is mirrored or not,
steering wheel is on the wrong side, so it’s mirrored,
that means: the original text was either printed incorrectly (as mirrored, why it would be?) or it was photoshopped.
That proves - Scavino really wanted us to read it.
