We need someone to file a civil case against an Obama appointee judge as foreign agent for fraud for 1. accepting appointment from foreign agent and/or 2. acting as a Federal judge without valid oath of office.

None of the 10 Obama appointees in Federal District Court of N. California have oaths of office, apparently so they cannot be indicted/tried for their treason.
