I saw a 2020 (and earlier data used)election analysis state by state. The usual suspects, but it had Utah as one of the most corrupt.

I would love to see that. I will. Need to dig into it & I assume that Utah is one of the most corrupt, especially now that the Count My Vote Iniative was forced on the Republicans of Utah. Now the primaries are meaningless IMO.
