Not sure how this could happen. They would need 2 resignations to Killary to become President and one involves Kamal Harris. Assuming there is no "accident" then she won't step aside. BUT an "accident" caused by "right wing extremist" could changed the course of this election. That's the only possible way it could happen and probably still the best and only chance of DNC victory

Or they could organize an accident and be rid of her permanently. Get a p a patsy to take the blame, one that could be misrepresented as right wing nutter and influence the election that way. I think it's the only chance they have off winning.
