Expect incoming lawfare in regards to his dropping out now that ALL of the DNC delegates have their votes locked in for Buyden/Harris. 3 states don't allow for ballot changes after the primaries unless it's because a candidate died or is having serious health issues and can't possibly continue. At least 2 big time Dem states do y even allow for changes due to medical conditions. So expect the Repub party to file lawsuits in the coming days to stop the ballot changes.
Also, due to the rules of their own party when selecting delegates for/at the convention the Dems may be stuck with Buyden any way, no matter what they try to tell you thru the MSM. There are very specific time limits they have in place to help prevent something like replacing a candidate "at the last minute" (such as replacing Buyden). There's a 30 day window before the DNC convention to do this, but they've blown right past that, so there's questions on whether "legally" this can be allowed under the DNC party's bylaws and the bylaws of ALL 50 State Democratic Party groups. Is there even enough time for each State to get this accomplished before their confab? Doubtful at best.
On top of that, they also needed to have multiple candidates on the Democratic Primary ballots in ALL 50 States, in the event the leading candidate can't continue due to illness or death, they could vote in the person with the second most votes at the convention. Only, they can't because no one challenged Buyden/Harris in the primaries. There isn't a plan already in place for something like what we're about to possibly see with Buyden, so they're gonna have to try to vote it out at the Convention? Not likely, because that basically qualifies as a voting coup against the millions and millions of Dem voters who voted for the guy. The thinking here is that by changing who the preferred candidate is at the convention (i.e. "at the last minute") it slights the "will of Dem voters." And it isn't allowed under the 2024 Democratic Party Convention by-laws.
Then there's the fact that he Dem Primary system is a winner take all system when the delegates vote at th Convention. The only people allowed to vote different than their State Party constituents are the super delegates. And there's only 800 of them. Even if they were given a 4 vote cushion, meaning for every super delegate vote, it counts as 4 regular delegate votes when nominating the Presidential Candidate, they still wouldn't have enough votes to overcome the 3,589 delegate votes that are REQUIRED BY PARTY BY-LAWS TO MAINTAIN THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE...b cusse there weren't any challengers to Buyden/Harris, ALL delegate votes must go to Buyden/Harris. Because there weren't any challengers allowed to register as candidates, they painted themselves into a corner they can't possibly get out of now. Not without running an open coup against Harris, the incumbent VP and as such, the natural order replacement for an incumbent President should "he" decide to step aside at the last minute. The best they can hope for is a Harris/Newsom or Harris/Whitmer candidacy in that regard.
Which is all part of the many reasons why I say replacing Buyden isn't gonna happen. They're stuck with him, even if he dies before the election, they're stuck with his name on the ballot. They waited way too long to talk Dr Jill into dropping out. And I get why she's still saying no. If he drops out now it leaves her vulnerable to immediate prosecution for whatever roles she's played in the Buyden Crime Family.
This is the epitome of being caught between a rock and hard place. They're damned if they do, and damned if they don't. And it's glorious to witness.

Don’t discount the fact that these people rarely concern themselves with what’s legal or following rules
